CLAD, Inc. [cladmen.com) was an online menswear retailer in partnership with JCPenney and Hearst Publications, specifically Esquire magazine. I was the founding creative director. My responsibilities included initial brand design, wireframe and flow oversight, launch strategy, building a freelance production team, overseeing multiple digital agencies and overseas dev agency as well as post-production teams.
