My role as brand design manager included the day-to-day responsibilities of managing a team of creatives, visual merchandisers nationwide and projects that ran the scope from collateral to developing national campaigns to packaging design to launching b2b and b2c ecom to collection event launches to creating an in-store wifi based tv station to store renovation/expansion as well as working with sister company, TIGI Haircare, managing creative usage on various licensed goods with third party agencies and companies.
The longterm objective was to elevate the global brand through focused simple creative and exercising consistency.
